An evaluation is important to determine your companion’s behavioral needs. That’s why we required a meet and greet first – so we can both make sure we’re a good fit. If we both decide to move forward, then we’ll discuss training packages and personalized plans.

Use the form below to reserve a date and time for your evaluation. Remember, your dog must be vaccinated (a minimum of 3 days) before your evaluation! After reserving you’ll receive an email confirming your request and a link to our evaluation form. You must fill out the form before we can accept your appointment.

We require payment up-front to reserve your spot. Payments are non-refundable as we reserved that spot for you and couldn’t accept another client – you can, however, reschedule your evaluation given 24-hour notice. If circumstances prevent us from keeping your appointment, we’ll give you 24-hour notice and reschedule or refund your payment.
