The dog training business isn’t an easy one, but our track record is pretty impressive.
Before coming to Canine Champs Zeus pulled on the leash, was really energetic in the house, and I really didn’t know how to start training him correctly aside from sit. After literally 10 minutes with Juan, Zeus walked right next to me with little to no tension on the leash. He has since learned so much more than I could have taught him by watching YouTube videos and trying myself. He is now an absolute joy in the house, when company is over, and as excited as I am to continue training. Juan doesn’t only teach you how to train your dog, he also teaches you how to read your dog. It gives you more of a connection to your pet. I am so thankful that I found him. I drive an hour each way to training but it is 100% worth it. Dog training is a very important part of dog ownership that we often overlook. Too many times, we allow our dogs to get away with so much more than our kids are allowed. These dogs will in turn dictate how a certain situation will be handled. As a responsible pet owner, we need to be able to direct our beloved canines, and guide them to act in an appropriate manner. This allows them to interact in a social environment, and it allows the owner to handle situations at home.
I have been sending clients to Juan for several years. He has taken dogs that would run their parent’s lives, and taught the parents how to control a situation and interact with the dog. He has also taken dogs that lacked social skills and taught the owners how to properly socialize them. I have even sent my own children to him with their new puppies.
We are very fortunate to have Juan in this area to train our dogs and especially their owners.
